The hardest problems aren't visual. They're judgment calls under constraint. When the people who own the outcome can't agree on what matters most, someone has to name the trade-off out loud: speed against trust, automation against oversight. That naming is where most of my time goes.

I design for operators who are experts, not beginners, and I ship AI they can inspect rather than just accept. The systems I build are meant to outlast the project that created them. I value calm over cleverness, and decisions that still hold up when someone asks "why this?"
